In this retreat we will actualize greater freedom through the exploration of dignity and grace. Our practices will include: Feldenkrais movement lessons, a profound meditation practice called ”just sitting” (shikantaza), reflective conversations, walking meditation, various potent, guided practices.

Russell Delmans biografi:Russell began to study Zen meditation and somatic psychology in 1969 as an undergraduate student in psychology. His training and personal relationship with Moshe Feldenkrais began in 1975, and he has since then trained more than 2500 Feldenkrais teachers all over the world. In recent years Russells friendship with Eugene Gendlin has strongly influenced his work. Russell offers a mentorship program in ”The Embodied Life”.
